I developed Logaflow out of frustration with vague bug reports from users and QA teams. Often, bugs were reported without sufficient details, making them hard to replicate and fix. Existing tools like jam.dev had limitations, such as requiring a Chrome extension. I wanted a simple, non-extension-based solution that provided comprehensive bug replication data, including logs, environment details, and action replays. Logaflow aims to streamline bug reporting and debugging, improving communication between QA, developers, and users, ultimately speeding up the resolution process.

Congratulations on the launch . Logaflow makes it easier and faster for users to ask questions. Of course, if it's just about submitting question records, I think there are many product experiences that can be learned from. I wonder if you are aware of beep; their experience is quite impressive. However, I also find some aspects of your product very appealing, such as the ability to quickly view API error messages, which surprised me. Keep up the good work.

@david_patrykowski All feedback sent by users through Logaflow comes with environment information, logs, requests made and instant replays of up to 1 minute of the last actions of the user who sent it. With this, in addition to knowing the flow that the user followed, you can also debug through these logs the problems that occurred with the user during their use. Logaflow helps you to really understand what is happening with your user and how they use your platform, helping you to solve their problem much faster.
