Customer support is really a headache for many B2C services and I personally try to reduce frictions with it.
Cloud I integrate it with live chat, Intercom for example?

This makes me think of a simple Airbnb feature which I really love as a host; when folks ask me questions in their messenger whose answers are in my check-in instructions (e.g. "what is the code" or "how do I get in") this bot automatically sends a link to the check in instructions with no action from me. Has definitely saved me from being inattentive and having unhappy guests just because they don't read the instructions. Would love for our support team to be equipped with that kind of functionality and this seems like it's headed that way.
