Don't listen to all the negative feedback. It's all from "Karen's" who don't have the patience or did not do the research before buying. With that said, this is very expensive, but you are paying for a premium product. There is nothing out there like it. I'm absolutely blown away by the capabilities of this machine. After using it for the first time, the high price is totally justified. The purchase guilt went out the window. I completed a full workout at home, in my underwear. I didn't have to think. No more tracking weights or figuring out what workout I'm going to do. The user interface/experience is amazing and the touchscreen is sharp and very responsive. It can't get more convenient than this. Throughout the ordering and delivery process, I've received great customer service. Not sure why people are complaining so much. The delivery time is long so have some patience. I ordered on March 7th with an estimated delivery week of April 25th. I received it on April 29th so I'd say it was very accurate. Well worth the wait. I only have great things to say about the Tonal and would recommend it to anyone that can afford it.

You're not just stuck with whoever you get matched with. You can try different coaches). She has always listened to my input and customizes my workout to fit in with whatever is happening in my life, making sure I stay consistent. She stays in daily contact with me and holds me accountable for my workouts and my eating habits. I have never felt better and my mental health has definitely improved
