I have been with Kickoff for several years and couldn't be happier. I am 50 years old and have always wanted to get healthier but going to the gym was too intimidating. When I discovered Kickoff, it was like it was made for people like me. When I was first matched with my initial coach, I felt like we were not connecting (our personalities were just different) and I was immediately matched with Andrea (which I love by the way! You're not just stuck with whoever you get matched with. You can try different coaches). She has always listened to my input and customizes my workout to fit in with whatever is happening in my life, making sure I stay consistent. She stays in daily contact with me and holds me accountable for my workouts and my eating habits. I have never felt better and my mental health has definitely improved
I’ve been using Kickoff for about 6 months and overall I’ve had a great experience! It has addressed my biggest issue with working out and that is consistency. I’ve rarely maintained a workout routine for longer than few weeks, but with this program I’ve exercised 4-5 times per week consistently since May and there is still no slowing down despite vacations/holidays. My trainer, Toryn, has been very supportive and responsive. She checks in regularly and makes changes to my workouts as I need them, which include a lot of variety because I get bored easily! There’s also a lot of understanding when life gets in the way and I’m not able to complete a workout or two. I’ve also been able to pause my subscription when I got on vacation. The workout instructions are easy to follow and I find the app intuitive. My only (minor) negative is that the nutrition aspect of this app just didn’t work for me. It involves taking photos of every meal and writing a description. I’m really bad about tracking food like that, plus I didn’t feel like I really needed it or got enough from it to keep it up. I tried for a couple months. That being said, some of the recipes looked pretty good and maybe it would work for some people.
I’m so happy with kickoff! My coach, Jessie, is really wonderful. She is kind and patient with me as I’m figuring out what works best for me long term. I didn’t know what I was looking for in a coach, but after a switch, I found an amazing trainer in Jessie who tells me all the good things I’m doing, pushes me in a caring way, and makes me feel like I’m worth it!
I have been using Kickoff for a while now and my trainer Chase is great. Very responsive and dedicated to helping me reach my goals. I have never had any issues with getting or changing the workout routines. The price for the level of engagement you receive is a steal- I would highly recommend
Extremely happy and in love with Kickoff. Nathan has been nothing but amazing. Have lost over 20lbs and have a fitter body and have had amazing improvement in my health. Highly recommend them.
Kickoff has been one of the best experiences with weight loss I’ve had. Toryn, my coach, has shown professionalism, expertise in her field, and empathy for me as a client. She been patient with me when I felt like quitting. Encouraged me when I had a rough week or gained some weight back. She has all around not only been a wonderful coach but an amazing friend. I recommend this app to everyone every chance I get.
My Kickoff coach, Jessie Harrington, is absolutely amazing. She fosters a supportive, sustainable, and healthy approach to fitness, and I am so grateful for her. Kickoff makes it easy for me to log my meals, and Jessie supports that by giving feedback that facilitates a healthy relationship with food and fitness. I don't feel I have to take away anything I love, just moderate, and ensure the choices I am making support the hard work I am putting in the gym. It's been 2 months since I signed up, and I am already seeing results! For instance, I started the assisted pullup machine at 85 pounds just last month, and I just graduated to the 55 pound assist this week! It's all about consistency, and Kickoff provides the platform, while Jessie drives it all the way home. Jessie Harrington is absolutely amazing, and should be protected at all costs. Give her all the raises and praises!!!
I have had the absolute best experience with my amazing coach, Jessie! Every morning I am greeted by her encouraging texts, checking in about how I am feeling and discussing the previous days exercise, food and drink choices. If there is something I am struggling with, she provides the expertise and knowledge to help me get around the issue and most importantly, with my crazy schedule, she is able to alter my workouts to exactly what I need, whether I am at a traditional gym or don’t have time to go to the gym or at a hotel gym. She is 100% consistent and she really cares. I am feeling so much stronger and have lost some weight and would recommend this app to anyone, including my fabulous coach!
I have been using Kickoff for a year. It is a perfect app which tailors exercise programs as I need. Whether I need to pass a fitness test or recovering from surgery my trainer, Chase has helped and motivated me along the way. My programs are adapted to meet my individual needs.
I have been using Kickoff for a couple years now, and it's been the most consistent I've ever been with working out. I love the flexibility as it allows me to get a workout in when I might otherwise need to cancel if I had to go to a gym. Jessie is a fabulous coach. She is always upbeat and supportive - checking in even if not our normal day to meet. I can't recommend Jessie highly enough!
