Starter Plan = Scam The Starter Plan does not let sorting or exporting results. How is one supposed to use a keyword research tool with thousands of results that can't be sorted?! Under the Starter Plan these tools appear as "Limited" but they are actually unusable. After 2 minutes of activating my Starter Plan I realized the scam and asked their customer support to cancel and refund. They refused! (I literally paid 2 minutes before my request to cancel). I've been a Platinum customer with Helium10 for years in the past. Now because of their scammy behavior and poor customer support they lost my business forever. Helium 10 was a good software... now it's a joke.
