I'm KP, part of the Paddle team. Sorry to hear about your refund situation. However, I am a bit confused on the specifics. In your review, you were referring to purchasing 'this app" but Paddle's not something you can buy directly. It's a Merchant of Record and we offer billing and compliance services to 6,000+ apps and products globally. Here's more context.
BTW, if you're eligible for a refund for one of our sellers' apps, you can request it through our virtual assistant on paddle.net.
