Our needs are pretty basic. We want to be able to organize contacts, keep notes and set reminders for when to reach out. We've been Folk customers for quite a while and find it somewhat non-intuitive and have had some usability issues that haven't really been resolved (importing emails from the wrong account). So we're working around things, but there's lots of room for improvement. That said, we looked around at a lot of the other options in the marketplace, such as Attio, Hubspot, Pipedrive (which used to be great) and they're either expensive, have poor UX or suffer from feature bloat (ahem, Pipedrive). Folk is the best we've found, but no one we've ID'd has gotten it right.
We use Folk for a few month and we are big fans, they have an exceptional support service and clearly listen to feedback to improve the experience. Also they ship new features very fast! Well done gang!
Finally a way to track your network and make sure it stays live. The "mail merge" feature is super easy to use and super efficient. Love it!
I want to group message but it seems it is sent from a folk email address? Is that the case? Because I want my messages to get out of my mailbox like Lemlist does.
I'm giving "only" 4 stars because there are some improvements I'm waiting for and which we've shared directly with them. In overall, Folk is a great tool and I love it. Sometimes, it doesn't work properly and we face some lags but the Folk team always does its best to fix them. I trust this tool and I'm sure it's going to become better and better.
Smart CRM for multiple usage. For example, make up inefficiency of social media contact app managers
