folk 2.0 — The intelligent CRM

I am SUPER proud of the work we have done with @simolemhandez @jean_yves_poilleux and our incredible team.Today we are releasing a brand new version of folk: folk 2.0. It’s officially the second version, because the first version launched last year, but truly this feels like the beginning. folk V2 is really the first iteration of our original idea: the next-generation CRM. An intelligent CRM that combines just the right amount of data and AI to make everything simple and automatic.  🗝️A CRM that adapts to your business, no matter the types of contacts or processes you need to manage, without you having to hack the system or spend a fortune on integrations.  🧠A CRM that saves you time by reducing or eliminating all manual tasks, whether synchronizing your contacts, categorizing them, enriching them, or merging duplicates.  👗 A CRM that’s more “tailormade” rather than “wholesale”. In short, here is Folk V2, the first truly intelligent CRM, now live on ProductHunt, and once again (and more than ever) we need your upvotes! Frankly, in all subjectivity and modesty, I think we made a really amazing presentation video 😊

Oh this one looks so sexy! Honestly, looked into a lot of different CRMs and this one is just... different in a good way. I really like the UI and just by looking at it I can see how much faster can this make you job done.

Testing it out. Looks pretty straight forward. Is there a way to integrate it with LinkedIn lead-gen forms?

Almost 1 year exactly after the first launch, and 364 days of work by this amazing team, I can only admire the fabulous work on Folk. V1 was already great, excited as ever to test and use V2. Folk is fantastic, I've used it previously with my startup and am considering it for my nonprofit, it's an incredibly thoughtful CRM that (and I can't stress this enough) doesn't become a chore. I spend lots of time with new startups, consistently recommend this, and only ever have had positive feedback returned. The templating speeds things up and the AI + syncing only accelerates it further. The app makes no assumptions and I feel the new features and the enterprise plan will really help this scale. Data migration is a huge help and having used so...so many CRM's this is my winner. The Chrome extension remains one of the only good ones I've used (not calling anyone out d....) and the only integration I feel it may be missing is WhatsApp. Currently, no CRM really does this well. You can fix this with something like krinu.com and Zapier It has one of the better deduplication - most others require long boring processes that folk skips. The enrichment isn't dumb either. It's not just "Oh look we know the company from the email" it's an actual useful tool here. See the icebreaker example Automatic Categorization needs to explanation on why it's useful. I personally haven't used it lately as the pricing doesn't work for our nonprofit, and there's no tier that feels like a "personal" tier however that does not stop it from being a great, and affordable CRM for startups. Firing it up again for free reminds me of that. This is a fast CRM for fast startups, there's a lot of love here and it's rare I call software anything better than "not terrible" let alone get excited by it (From a human)

Looking at your templates it strikes me that Folk has been conceived from the start as more than a CRM, giving it the potential to support a much broader range of internal company functions (ATS, Event attendance, Community management, etc) and become a central company contact management hub. I would personally love to see v3 bring campaign management functionalities similar to what lagrowthmachine offers. In any event congrats on the product vision

This is incredible. Had great fun using Folk for my personal CRM before but this is gonna make my interactions more thoughtful and much simpler to leverage my network

Simo and his team at Folk have done an excellent job in delivering innovative features that cater to their user's needs! ➡️ We’ve been using it at Highr.cloud for several months and I must say, it rocked the hell out of our contact list🔥 I highly recommend Folk to anyone looking for a CRM solution that is intuitive, efficient, and has cutting-edge features that can boost productivity.
