I had looked into other popular help desk software and was about to sign up with one of the top ones when someone recommended Gleap. I was hesitant but the deciding factor was the price of their AI chat support. It was sooooo much cheaper than the alternatives. It has been the best move. I haven't launched yet but I have built an amazing, comprehensive support system. Testing the AI answers it has been so accurate. I believe it will cut down on hours of support staff time a day and possibly leave me only needing to hire one person. The support team at Gleap are also amazing.
