BetterFeedback
👋 Hey Product Hunt — I’m Rafał, creator of BetterFeedback (and before that, Harmonizely).
Some of you may remember our first launch. Back then, we focused on analyzing feedback.
What we heard from you was clear:
🗣️ “We’re struggling to collect good feedback in the first place.”
So we rebuilt BetterFeedback from scratch.
Now, it's an AI-powered survey tool that feels like a real conversation:
🎤 Users talk or type
🤖 The AI adapts to their answers and asks smarter follow-ups
✍️ Everything is transcribed and summarized for you
It’s like running 100 async user interviews — on autopilot. No boring forms and surveys.
🎁 For our Product Hunt launch, we’re offering 3 months free with code PH3MOFF at checkout.
👉 I'd love your thoughts — feedback, feature requests, or honest critiques.
Thanks so much for checking it out 🙏
— Rafał
BetterFeedback sounds like a great tool for enhancing user research! I'm curious, how would you use BetterFeedback to enhance your user research and improve product decisions? What specific insights do you think would be most valuable for your team?
BetterFeedback
@evgenii_zaitsev1 Thanks for the kind words!
BetterFeedback is designed to bridge the gap between what people say and what they mean, which is where most product decisions go wrong.
Here’s how we use it ourselves:
for idea validation, we test early concepts by having users talk through them. The AI asks follow-ups like "Why?" or "What would you expect instead?" - far deeper than multiple-choice questions.
for landing page feedback, instead of just "Did this make sense?" the AI digs into what confused them or what they expected to see. That helps us improve copy and UX.
for feature prioritization, by asking open-ended questions, we identify which problems arise repeatedly and which features address the real pain points, not just the loudest requests.
What is the most valuable insight for our team?
It’s not just what users say - it’s how they explain it. That context helps us confidently prioritize and shape the product.
Let me know if you have additional questions :)
this is really useful, excited to see it in action
