Great product! Simplifying customer support is always helpful and allows for more focus on other areas of business.

I wish many small/medium size companies would try this out. They do lack resources and customer support is critical to improve CLV. Seems like a good product market fit. No excuse for poor customer support anymore lol (p.s. local Uber-like, DoorDash-like companies in NYC, SF)
