@geraldzankl Alignment on trade shows is a really important process. Marketing and sales has to be super aligned for that to maximise the ROI out of events. Furthermore, I think onboarding is a huge topic, especially in sales. The faster we can onboard people the better.

@geraldzankl As I see Kickscale as a great opportunity to get new team members up to speed fast, I would love to hand out playbooks for our major tools (how to use them) and major processes (Product-Led-Growth approaches). Although there's a lot to read, but every company has a different approach and this individuality should be reflected somehow in the playbooks. Do you know what I mean?
