Letterbird is just a good ol’ fashioned contact form on the web. You can give people a great experience getting in touch with you, and avoid giving out your personal email address to the world. It’s free, with some minor paid pro features. Good enough!
My team and I at Good Enough (https://goodenough.us) built this simple web app to make it easy for anyone to get an email contact form. We don't understand why that's so difficult today — they either come out of the box with a full website builder, or you have to build it yourself, which is complex. With Letterbird, you sign up and boom: you immediately have a form on the web, which you can also embed anywhere yourself. No more giving out your personal email address on the internet for people to spam. We built this for ourselves, and we think it's pretty good (enough). You might like it too (or not). Enjoy!
I love this - straight-forward, easy to implement and with a bit of personality.
Will definitely come on my list for the website I'm currently building!
Out of curiosity, where do you host your service?
Because contact forms for EU Website also add the annoying problem of GDPR-compliance - if you are hosting in Europe this would add a huge USP!
Matthew! Congratulations. Absolutely love the UI
Few considerations:
1. GDPR Compliance. What client information are you storing? How safe is your customers’ customers information?
2. Would it be possible to use my domain? Or embed on my website without having to redirect to a new site. Branding issues.
Otherwise, I love this. Happy to brush off some ideas
@tamuda Thanks!
1. Thanks for calling that out. We'll take a look at that soon.
2. We don't have custom domain support at the moment, but we do offer an easy copy→paste embed code.
