Faqbot has launched a beta version of a paraphrasing technology allowing it to generate variants of the same questions in order to train the bots before going online. This technology helps you to severely decrease the time of going live while also increasing your bots accuracy.
Hello from Belgium 👋 ,
I launched a SaaS company in Belgium, Faqbot who transforms companies' FAQ
page into automated chat, 3 years ago.
I received lot of feedbacks from you guys, the hunters, and this has help us to build
our product and would like to thank you first!
After some pivots and experience with acquiring loyal customers using our Faqbot
SaaS platform (popular events in belgium, retailers and even law firm) we learnt a lot
from our clients experience and we have detect a problem that many chatbots
platforms have and who is really frustrating for people interested to build a chatbot for
their organization.
a lot of “DIY” solutions pretend to set up your chatbot in a few minutes but the reality
is totally different..
Answers of the chatbots are not always relevant and you need some training before
making your chatbot live in front of real users/customers.
What is often happening is that people are disappointed with their experience with
chatbots and try different solutions and finally stop using theses.
This is why at Faqbot we have a set up team involved in chatbots training before the
launch of our customers.
However, I thought about a solution to automate this and think “what if we had
something able to train the chatbot automatically without to train the different
questions?”
We started to develop a beta version of this product a few months ago with the help
of data scientists and are happy to present you today Faqbot automated trainer, a
paraphrasing technology to train your customer support chatbot optimized for
Faq-pages.
Please note that it is still under development so some of the answers may not be
100% relevant. This should nonetheless be useful to train your virtual assistant in 3
languages.
We would love for you to test it out & hear your feedback! Feel free to comments
here, or email me mathis@faqbot.com, if you have any questions or comments.
