Howdy everyone! Keith Frankel here, recovering PM and CEO of Parative. Super excited to share a new product that my team has been working on for the past few months – Parative’s Success Sidekick for customer success teams. A bit of background: Parative is a customer data engine that unifies and cleans a company’s customer data (typically stored across dozens of tools/teams) to transform how customer-facing teams understand and act on that data. We typically help teams by analyzing their customer data to uncover churn risk or expansion opportunities. These insights are then delivered to a team’s other tools so they can continue working where they already work. Over the past few months, we’ve routinely had customers ask, “We’re managing our customer data in Parative. Can we manage our customers there, too?” I’ve always been hesitant to move in that direction for one simple reason: the last thing that teams need is another dashboard. The number of tools teams use has gotten ridiculous, and I wasn’t thrilled about adding another dashboard-based tool to the pile. Alas, eventually the requests became too prevalent to ignore, so we decided to challenge ourselves: Support CS teams with all of the functionality they need without requiring changes to an existing CRM or implementing a new CS-focused CRM. This is our answer. Success Sidekick includes everything customer success teams need – customer 360, playbook automation, health scoring, journey mapping, etc. – but it can be used entirely as an overlay on top of existing tools. That means that teams don’t need to leave HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Zendesk, Intercom, or wherever else they work to manage accounts and drive renewals. They can do everything directly from those tools without having to first make changes to them. And because Success Sidekick is built on top of Parative’s data engine, we can also provide functionality that’s not available in any other CS platform. Anywho – I’ve said way too much, so I’ll cut myself off here. If it isn't clear, we’re thrilled to share this with the community. I think Success Sidekick represents a great option for teams that want to drive retention but don't want to prop up another massive dashboard.
