Introducing Changeloger, the WordPress plugin that transforms plain text changelogs into visually stunning formats within the block editor. Upload your changelog, and Changeloger converts it into an engaging, user-friendly display—no manual formatting needed!
🎉 **Hey Product Hunt!**
We're thrilled to introduce Changeloger, a tool we developed out of a need to make changelogs more engaging and visually compelling. As software developers and product managers, we were tired of the same plain, text-heavy changelogs that users often skimmed or overlooked. That's when we realized that changelogs deserve a design upgrade!
Changeloger was born to simplify the process, transforming plain text changelogs into stunning, easy-to-read visual updates—all within the WordPress block editor.
We’d love to hear what you think! Have any questions or feedback? Drop them below, and we'll be happy to answer. How do you currently handle changelogs, and could you see this tool improving your process?
Thanks for your support! 💬 Let's keep the conversation going!
@an_zuo Thank you so much for the support! 🎉 We're glad you find Changeloger practical, even for smaller scenarios. We designed it to solve a specific problem, and it’s great to hear that it’ll be useful for you.
If you run into any suggestions or ideas while using it, feel free to reach out—we're always eager to improve! 😊
Congratulations on the launch @eh_jewel1. 🎉️
Wouldn't it better to go with something like Headway https://headwayapp.co.
Just trying to understand the usecase of this when apps like Headway are better and simple to use. It has a free plan as well.
@ashitvora Thank you so much for the congrats! 🎉
Headway is a great tool, no doubt, and we’ve definitely drawn inspiration from platforms like that. The key difference with Changeloger is that it's built specifically for WordPress, giving users the ability to fully manage changelogs directly within their WordPress environment without relying on external services. For WordPress site owners, developers, or product teams, this plugin integrates seamlessly into their existing workflow, keeping everything in one place—especially if their main platform is WordPress.
I really appreciate your feedback, and I’d love to hear more thoughts from you if you think there’s a way we could improve or expand our use case! 😊
@eh_jewel1 makes sense.
I may not have much feedback for you since we don't use wordpress.
Our first website was build with WordPress. Then we switched to Webflow and now we are on Gatsby + Sanity.
I'm super impressed with the speed - https://raftlabs.com
FYI - we pay $0 hosting fees for 5000+ pages we have. Both Vercel & Sanity are on free tier.
As someone who manages multiple WordPress sites, keeping track of updates was always a hassle – until I found Changeloger. This plugin makes managing and displaying changelogs super easy and organized. Now I can show my users exactly what’s been updated without any confusion.
What I love:
Simple to use – Took no time to set up and get going.
Clear display – The changelogs look neat and professional on my site.
Effortless updates – No more headaches when tracking changes.
If you're running a WordPress site and need an easy way to handle changelogs, I highly recommend Changeloger.
Just started using Changeloger today, and it’s super easy! It quickly turns my changelogs into a clean, professional format with zero effort. Could use more customization options, but so far, it's a solid tool!
