Hello everyone! I'm Chaitanya - founder of Bottomright, as you might have guessed this is an AI Chatbot that sits at the bottom right corner of your website and helps your first-time visitors answer questions about your product or service.

Have you considered adding extra sources that are not on your website (ie. internal documents, procedures etc?)
