In a sea of "experiential retail" Zola has recently knocked it out of the park with their in-store experience, especially for the Invites + Paper feature. They have a whole wall with real-life examples and inspiration for designing your own. Paperless post save-the-dates feel tacky and toggling between The Knot, Evites, Paperless post, and more is a garbage experience for your guests. Personally, I hate having to track down where my friends have registered and where i can find what hotel I'm supposed to be staying at across so many different sites. Overall, Zola continually thinks about the customer experience holistically, providing a seamless experience so that everything from your wedding playlist to your flower arrangements go from being just another thing on the list *LE SIGH* to a genuinely FUN experience with your partner. LURVE IT!!!!!!

Used Zola for my wedding registry and it was hands down the best UX and experience ever! 👰🏻🤵🏻My husband and I had so much fun picking out what we wanted - especially things like AirbnB gift certificates and amazinf experiences foe our honeymoon! Our wedding was in 2017 and Zola paper invites didn’t exist yet - they would have saved use so much time and headache! Plus the designs are absolutely gorgeous!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
