This looks good. Customers do not need to open a "new window", for example to read a help tutorial. A quick question: does it work with KB from Wordpress ❓

@bernardocastro Thanks. Glad you liked it. ASAP works only with Zoho Desk's native knowledge base system for now, but support for other content management systems like Wordpress will come in the near future.

How does it differ from Zobot from Zoho, if am looking for a chat bot for my SaaS website, which should I go?

@diny88 Zobot is a platform to build your own custom bot for your website. ASAP is a capsule version of self service help centre in Zoho Desk. Generally, companies build a help centre for customers to find solutions, which would be a collection of knowledge base articles, FAQs and Community. ASAP is the first of its kind and it helps one to take the help center to the users, be it website, mobile app or Saas Product. ASAP ensures that contextual help is always made available to customers just a click away, through Zia Bot, an AI-powered chat assistant. Here, the Bot answers from the knowledge base and would soon support live chat via SalesIQ integration. Users can also submit ticket or ask the community directly from ASAP. @kwdinc @pavz_krish This looks amazing. Few thoughts if you are planning to do outbound sales : a) Reach out to companies which have recently raised funding. Since they have raised funding, they are going to spend money on customer support. Hence it will make sense to use ASAP. b) Reach out to companies which are hiring for customer support. Because if a company is hiring for this role, it means they are willing to spend money on customer support that is why hiring for such role. c) You can target companies using Intercom and Drift.

Full integration with other applications for a better service to customers (CRM, Campaigns, Facebook, etc)

Pros:

easy to use, fast to adopt for every body in the company.

tracking time to apply to a customers

Always developing new problems. As a daily user who must work with this, I find it very difficult. Couple of weeks ago a field went missing. Now permissions suddenly changed.

Pros:

At least it is a way to keep things in order but bare bones
