This is nice! As a previous Zendesk user, i can for sure support the fact that it was waaaay to expensive, even for small business.

I've used My Ask AI before, but not as a customer support alternative. Currently, we use Intercom for customer support and engagement, but the pricing is an issue—it’s more expensive than ZenDesk. I’m curious about how My Ask AI compares to Intercom in this regard. Congrats on the launch @michael_heap and @alex_rainey2

It's a similar story, Intercom is $1 per resolution, so the better it gets, the more you pay. With us we have a fixed price per conversation, so as tech (AI and ours) gets better, your cost per resolution decreases over time instead. Also helps that you know how much your bill will be each month!

@william_jin So it integrates into Zendesk. Our AI is significantly cheaper than theirs, you can train it from more knowledge sources, so we'd say overall it is a better option for any SaaS business!
