Since our last launch, we shifted our focus from an AI copilot and issue-tracking system for product teams to a more focused Voice of Customer (VoC) platform that provides insights from the analysis of multiple customer interaction sources, such as surveys, user interviews, support tickets, reviews, etc.
What we do now:
Zefi automates analysis across all user conversations, integrating channels from reviews and support tickets to calls, surveys, and user interviews. With real-time insights into customer experience and product trends, Zefi empowers companies to stay ahead of ever-evolving customer expectations.
Through native integrations, Zefi centralizes qualitative data and translates it into actionable insights to help companies reduce churn, boost customer satisfaction, and fine-tune their product roadmaps. Our automatic tagging and sentiment analysis feature further streamlines this process, generating insightful reports and charts to save teams countless hours of manual work. 🤖📊
What we don't do anymore:
We don't connect anymore with any issue-tracking system and don't allow you to create tickets directly inside Zefi.
This doesn't mean that our vision has changed. We still want to provide Customer Experience and Product teams with an all-in-one product platform but we finally understood where to start.

@fok96 congratulations on your launch! I'm intrigued by your integration with Zendesk - what's your main use case for it? I know that some of our customers are already using Zefi and it would be great to provide them more value from the conversations and tickets they are managing through our AI agents
@michelepomposo Great question! Many customers are already using our Zendesk integration to automatically categorise feedback and issues from customers. With Zefi you can reduce to zero the time spent tagging conversations and can easily check what's the biggest issue or opportunity on your product :) Can't wait to integrate with Tiledesk as well!

the previous version was already quite good but here you really made a leap forward in centralising the voice of customer. AI applied to user research. Love the impact on proactively decrease churn rate by moving faster. Congrats to the whole team!

That’s super cool! One thing we do that provides a lot of value—but is currently very manual—is classifying and organizing non-converted customer conversations based on their ‘reason for not buying.’
Is that something Zefi could handle? And do you connect to (or have plans to connect to) Freshworks CRM system?
@daniele_from_mapo_tapo Hi Daniele, yes, we connect with Freshdesk and the use case that you mentioned is one of our most traditional ones. It is possible to segment users as you wish and detect the main topics and reasons of that particular segment. Happy to have a deeper chat these days
