Tired of using Excel to manage accounts receivables? Yaypay is a powerful SaaS that applies process automation, machine learning and AI to accounts receivables operations to accelerate collections, boost worker productivity, improve customer relationship management, and predict cash flow with greater accuracy. Done deal.
Hi Yaypay-guys! Hi Eugene! What kinda of the AI+Machine Learning do you use to accounts receivables operations to accelerate collections?
Could you please give me the use case?
Al & Chatbots are new and hot but how do you get them to make money for fintech?
@manana_samuseva Thanks you for a great question. There are a few places where we use machine learning. First of all, using historical data we predict cash that is going come into the company. After 4 months of experimenting, we ended up with a pipeline of 3 different algorithms to make predictions. Later, we will add additional sources to the historical invoices/payments information from the ERP to enrich this data and give even better results.
Another use case is automated collection workflows. Basically, algorithms that tune up a frequency and language used in the communications with customers to maximize a probability of the collection.
There are a few other, so far not public cases, that we are developing right now.
As for chatbots - I totally believe that this is the future of the back office as well. That's why, as a first step, our solution integrates with Slack and sends necessary notifications to AR managers when they need to see them.
Hope my answer gives some flavor and answers your questions.
Love what you are doing. Cash is king, and yet the tools for cash are stuck in the dark ages. Getting cash 30 days faster gives you free capital. Love finding tools that are closer to cash...
@i_am_brennan Thanks you for your comment. Yes you are right, it is a big deal. And not only speed of collections, but also just a process in the back-office. Which is usually broken, but starts working as a well-oiled machine with our software.
Collecting money owed is a huge challenge and time cost for any business. Yaypay solves that and let's companies focus on building better products and connecting more deeply with their customers.
@joe_hyrkin well said Joe, YayPay is really taking the pressure off CFOs and their lean finance teams and automating all those repetitive back office finance processes
@kendallhtucker Great question. Yaypay actually integrates with Quickbooks. QB does the invoicing. Yaypay automates the collections processes via workflows that teams setup based on how they work. Also, Yaypay predicts cash flow and when a customer will pay, as well as includes a CRM specifically for Accounts Receivables so that all communication and contacts for A/R are in one place.
@micrum amazing question! We really care about our customers' security. The infrastructure is well protected, as well as the application itself. We run regular penetration testings in order to uncover our weak spots and fix them in time. The user data is stored in the encrypted databases.
Amazing tool to organize your company's debit/credit transfers. You get all-in-one tool for analyzing your clients, predict payment time, send notifications, get statistics.
Forget about all the problems with accounting and payments!
A really great product! We are using Yaypay for our account receivables maybe a bit more than a year. This tool saves us a lot of time and money. Also, we can predict our cashflow, understanding when could we get the payments. And the list of features is growing day by day! Totally recommend.
@m_kuznetsov The pricing really varies depending on the number of seats you need and modules you want to you. I can get you in touch with our sales reps if you need more details. Thanks!
Very cool and continuously growing product. Really helps to save time and money, as well as tracking the status of account receivables. And it’s totally automated!
This app can really empower an AR team by having automatic workflows with notifications to sales, track DSO dynamic and predict cash flows in one place.
@kenesta Thanks! :) Yes, this is mainly being used by people in financial departments of the company. Someone like CFO and AR Manager are our typical users.
@andrey_zinoviev Thanks :) We actually are. The rule of thumb -if you have so many invoices every month that you get troubles staying on top of them and get paid in time - that's when you need us. Let me get you in touch with our sales team.
@tydanco It's SaaS so it integrates with a company's ERP system. Currently we're partners with Oracle NetSuite, Intacct and Quickbooks. To get started there's an integration to sync up data, setup the workflows, etc.
