You can set up customized award sets for your employees, which will help them feel recognized for their hard work. This allows you to see who needs a little boost or some extra love! The BRAVO software is very easy to use and it's intuitive interface makes it really simple to create a custom reward package that fits your business' culture perfectly.

Incredibly simple to adopt and apply. UI is easy to use and intuitive yet immensely powerful. We utilize it, and the staff members adore the animated gifs for automated birthdays and work anniversaries! Additionally, it significantly impacts peer interactions and gratitude during these remote work periods. Highly advised. Bravo is going to be huge.

Building a remote work culture as a member of a fully remote team is challenging, especially given your heavy schedule. This tool, in my opinion, is what we require to scale our team and provide helpful feedback to our team. I'll test it out first, but up to this point, your product's UX is excellent, and I can browse it easily. I'm looking forward to sharing it with my team later this week:)

Bravo is a highly intuitive tool and my team happily uses it in collaboration with the marketing department. Personally, I like the idea of animated GiFs, they really uplift the mood of the receiver. Kudos for such brilliant work.
