This reminds me of a private, company specific version of Quibb (cc @sandimac). Back at my first startup role at InstantAction, I was looking for a service like this to share relevant news/content to our distributed team of 100+. I see @schlaf's quoted on the site. Thoughts, Steve?

cool, thanks for the heads-up @rrhoover! i met up with one of the cofounders (Andrew) ~1y ago, was cool to hear about someone working on something similar. i get requests for 'private quibb for just my team', this looks like it satisfies that use case. Honey (https://honey.is/) is another co working on something similar.

There are definitely some similarities with Quibb but it's a completely different product. While Quibb is an open community, Wiser is designed for organizations and teams. We use Wiser at RRE to share news across the firm. Obviously Quibb isn't optimized for that specific use case.

Thanks @rrhoover! Yes - you nailed it, except we also have an intelligence engine that monitors thousands of sources and pushes relevant information to teams. Private social layer also enables action from a relevant read. Happy to answer any questions!

@andreasklinger yes, along those lines - we generally think of it as more like Prismatic meets Yammer.

Tried to use Inc. but not really useful. This looks like an awesome solution.

Been a Wiser user for a few months. The digests are great.

@stefanobernardi : agreed - I don't like Inc.

@_jacksmith thanks! Mobile's definitely coming.
