What’s the most annoying part of outbound sales that no one seems to be fixing using AI?
We launched a tool for elite outbound teams and we’re talking to early users right now.
Curious — if you’ve done cold outreach or managed a calling process:
What’s the part of outbound you hate the most but just deal with?
Would love to hear what’s slowing you or your team down.

I spend so much time calling. But no one picks up the people. It feels like, I am just estimate. I wish something could help with that!
@abele_wickware That sounds really frustrating! I'd love to hear more about the tools and process you usually use for your calls? We’re currently in BETA, and SmartDial is already helping sales teams fix exactly that. I’d be happy to work closely with you to make sure it fits your needs.
Honestly, the most frustrating part for me is context loss during multi-channel follow-ups.
Like when someone replies on LinkedIn, then goes cold, and suddenly pops back on email there’s no AI that truly stitches the full convo across platforms into one unified thread that feels human to continue.
Right now, it's still a manual job of checking notes, re-reading threads, and hoping you don’t repeat yourself or miss a nuance. If AI could handle that seamless conversation memory, it’d save a ton of time and awkward moments.
Curious to know how you're thinking about solving for stuff like that!
@priyanka_gosai1 Context switching is brutal and still too manual. We’re focused on improving outbound calling in Zoom, but stitching multi-channel convos like you said is the next step. How do you handle follow-ups without losing context?
