I've spent the past 2 years studying and teaching positive psychology, because I've always been interested in the topic of happiness. Over time I have found that it requires a full fledged effort around 5 different pillars - Mind, Body, Purpose, Social, and Self-awareness. It's a long and hard journey to become happier, but one in which you put the work in, you will get results. These exercises were taken from research by University of Pennsylvania, Berkeley, and other universities. Please let me know if you have any comments. Thanks!
