As a real estate specialist with more than 15 years of international experience, I know that institutional but also increasingly private real estate sellers sell properties off market for discretionary reasons. I receive off market real estate offers on a daily basis, as I am very well connected and have built up a good reputation in the market. For private investors it is difficult to get access to these deals. Who would like to receive an overview of these deals from me?
