I think speed and focus comes to mind. No hiccups, just let users get onboarded ASAP.
But as a user I also want to be delighted by the onboarding, it should leave me curious instead of telling me what the product is in a monotonous way.
@almost_designer Thanks for sharing, I do agree with all these. Truly, speed and delight both become important to have users actually complete the onboarding and get to adopting the product.
