What was the most unexpected thing that happened to you this year?

Getting a promotion this year was totally unexpected. It wasn't even on my radar, but I'm so grateful for the opportunity.

Unpredictable security issues, frequent DNS issues and outages within GCP's infra. We had to stretch like hell to resolve all issues and protect 1M users` experience.
