I find that tool like Crashlytics are really handy for keeping track of crashes in mobile apps. It helps me see exactly what went wrong and where.

Do you get to know the user behavior issues also here, or do you have to spend time looking at the crash logs to figure out what went wrong? On an avg. how long does it take to debug an issue?
