What tools do you use for team collaboration across different departments?

We use Monday, Slack and Zoom. Miro is great for visualization as well!

How big is your company and each department?

Our team uses Notion to document down plans and tasks for each department. On top of having really nice and detailed documentation, we also hold regular weekly sync up across departments which I found really helpful to understand what each department is doing. This might not work if the company is huge, but for a smaller team, it's pretty helpful.

Click-up and slack for simpler management

Google Workspace has everything I need for team collaboration, Docs, Sheets. and Drive keep my workflows interconnected and efficient.

Figma is a collaborative design and brainstorming tool that my company recently embraced. It has been great for creative endeavors when combined with Slack.
