What tools do you use for managing user insights?

Recording, analyzing, and synthesizing user interviews can get messy. Our team records transcripts via Otter.ai, following by adding highlights in a certain template on Miro. However, searching for verbatim or insight isn't easy. Any recommendations/ tips to automate and organize this?
