The most helpful feedback I received was from a user who pointed out a bug I hadn't noticed. It made me realize the importance of better testing.

Definitely the feedback about improving onboarding and making key features more discoverable. Small UX tweaks there had an outsized impact on activation and retention. Also got great suggestions for new features and integrations our users wanted to see. Always good to hear directly from users!
