Yeah, I've definitely heard that before! 😂 Some people are just super persistent about getting a freebie or trial, no matter how many times you explain there isn't one available. I usually just keep politely but firmly reiterating our pricing model until they get the message. Funny how some folks think they can haggle their way into a free product!
