Hey guys, being a startup co-founder, I have been thinking about how startups become successful. It's a known fact that only some taste success and others fail to achieve their mark. In your opinion, what are the main reasons startups attain glory?

@joshin_varghese Agree! I also believe that start-ups should always celebrate their wins but without losing their ground.

That's a great question. I think there are a lot of variables in how a startup becomes successful. This TEDx Talk summarize this question pretty well.

Luck. Honestly, there's a lot of things that you need to bring. Great founding team, hard work, listening to your customers, focus, passion, ability to lead, ability to pivot... But luck is definitely a part of it and is often overlooked because we like to believe we're in control. But overlooking luck means you might beat yourself up too much over your failures. Don't do that. ❤️

@philbeaudoin Thanks! I really appreciate your point. Luck plays a major role. Hiring the right employee is more or less about luck too. :)
