I would say Twitter, though i dont have personal experience but i am following some Indie Hackers who use the #builtinpublic to validate thier idea and improve thier MVP.

PagePalooza, it's good for MVP since you can turn the MVP into the final product by assigning software engineers for custom designs and requirements.
