What do you share when building in public?

I am building my SaaS in public (https://www.loach.app). I am sharing as much as possible on LinkedIn (also f*ck-ups). For example, I completely overengineered a sign-up form with Zapier, Sendgrid, and Mailchimp. It led to an interesting discussion. What do you share and why?
