What do you do when you're nervous about product launching at PH?

I try to to talk to fellow founders. It really boosts my moral, seeing others and hustling together. Moreover there is always something helpful comes up with the conversation.

Don't overthink your launch. Just follow the launch guide, have the assets ready, plan a checklist for the launch day, assign tasks and LAUNCH. You'll be amazed by the response you get. It's such a wonderful and supportive community :)
