What are your side-gigs?

don't have the time for any, but sometimes I'll get custom Discord bots made for people who see the bots we use in our server. but the dev on our team who takes up the task keeps 90-100% of the payment. I mostly do it to help the fellas avoid burnout from working on the same thing too long, and some of them can use the extra money- especially on 1-2 day projects.
