What are User Generated Content challenges you face as brand?

It's not easy to find the right creator, briefing, sending products, waiting for content... What would you say is your no. 1 challenge when trying to get some User Generated Content? How do you deal with it?

1. Content creators don't understand the principle of my brand. 2. It's time consuming and in Festive season, I don't really have time for it, but I need content the most!

@julijajj Great point! What do you think about the option of just buying pre-created content?

@goladypreneur Could be possible, of course. But haven't seen that service before. Do you have any ideas?
