What are the best social media analytics tools for marketers?

Hey hunters! My team works a lot on social media pages on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. However, it is quite different to analyze the statistics when it is located in different sources. What tool would you recommend to collect statistics from different social media pages in one place?
