If you are new to PH I think the most important is to get support from a good hunter. https://upvote-bell.com/leaderboard is a good place to find a hunter.
Secondly, pick a day with low competition like Friday.
Build a community before that.
I've built a creators community which promote our launch in exchange of commissions.
So we didn't invest anything in ads or publicity upfront.
