We have finally launched! But it’s not on the homepage. Why?

The thing is, Letterly isn’t featured. I’m not sure why, but we’ve been actively reaching out to support. Any chance you could give us some advice on this? 🙏 https://www.producthunt.com/posts/letterly-3

Your launch might not be on the homepage due to platform algorithms, limited space, or a review process. It could also be due to submission timing or competition with other launches. Consider reaching out to the platform's support team for clarification.

It also happened to my team when we launched. We even had more upvotes than some of the products on the homepage, so we kinda ruled out that the upvotes were the issue. We did scheduled our launch like a day before, so maybe that was it? Unfortunately we didn’t schedule way before cause we feared not having enough time to finish the product 😬
