Trying to ‘fix yourself’ feels like a full-time job

At this point, my self-improvement routine is more exhausting than my actual job.

Wake up → Journal.

Meditate → Because stress.

Read self-help books → Because growth.

Work out → Because dopamine.

Track my mood → Because awareness.

Try to sleep early → Fail → Repeat.

When did mental well-being become a to-do list?

Everyone says, "Just take care of yourself."

Cool. But how much is enough? How do I know what’s actually working?

Half the time, I don’t feel "better"—I just feel like I’m failing at self-care.

So, real question: How do you know when personal growth is actually working?

Maybe you need to track them all then? Complex view on all your self-improvement routine is the thing.
