We encourage daily 'code-breaks' where team members can stretch, do yoga, or play ping pong to keep both their mind and body in top shape! Who knew coding and wellness could go hand in hand, right?
Weekly time to spend in joint groups/ networks i.e. prayers, discussions, mental health check therepy etc. Staff really value the permission to switch off and tune out
