Most important for me is to start the firs hour without phone. In this hour I try to get some fresh air during a walk or during a coffee on my terrace. All around is going with the flow.
@sakozzy btw. I also switched the sound of my alarm at my phone. It doesn't sounds like war is starting anymore. Now it's the piano sound by apple, so much better way to wake up. Give it a try!
@marvin_maendle I use the sleep cycle app. It follows your sleep rhythm and wakes you up when you are not in deep sleep (you give the 30min interval when you want to wake up). Game changer, no more angry mornings
