A new similar project from Japan is https://www.employmentjapan.com. The main difference is that this site is intended to connect English-speaking tech talent for jobs in Japan and also to connect Japanese companies in other countries with Japanese-speaking bilingual talent. It also has a lot of (and expanding) knowledge base about IT and Japan.
