Looking for cheap, video animation help

Looking for someone to help make an animated video of my company Sleek's offering. It'll basically be a looping GIF, around 10-seconds. Rather than search on Fiverr, thought I'd ask the community!

You can still do it on Canva if you don't find anyone but I hope you do ;)
I'd check out lottiefiles.com and find an artist there. I'd also use lottie instead of a gif for rendering any place I wasn't forced to use a gif.
