One of the coolest ways I've used ChatGPT is to help generate new product ideas. By inputting various customer pain points or needs into ChatGPT, I've been able to get some really creative suggestions for new features or products that we could develop. Lastly, I've also used ChatGPT to help with user testing. By inputting different scenarios or tasks into ChatGPT, I've been able to get some really interesting insights into how our users interact with our product. This has helped me identify pain points or areas where we could improve the user experience.

We started to use ChatGPT to help us get ideas on user behavior on our app, which help us improve the design and usability of our app without having to wait on months of user feedback and telemetry data. Phase II will be to validate those decisions with real data from the app and adapt to changes.

@ozkary That's an interesting and prompt way of usability testing. I'd be eager to know if the hypothesis built around this comes up to be true. This could be a game-changer.
