It's the start of a new year with fresh energy, how do you keep momentum throughout the year?

Always feels like there is strong momentum in Jan but then tapers. Thoughts? Does that happen to you? How do you keep it up?

Like many, I have found discipline/routine to be the key to maintain momentum by just making incremental improvements over time. Of course, there will be days when this routine/momentum breaks and that is exactly when an added bit of effort will ensure that the break doesn't last for long. I have realized that the longer the break from momentum, the tougher it gets to get back to baseline. So, good luck!

@bernard_eugine Great insight. Once more than a few days pass, the momentum definitely subsides.
